What Is Your Return Policy?

Return or exchange within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

Shipment Cutoff: If an order has been shipped before the cancellation request is received, the order cannot be canceled

Merchant Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed by the merchant within 5 business days of placement.

If you request to cancel your order before it has shipped and within the Freemagician designated cancellation period, your order will be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.

Once your cancellation or return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that the timing for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Request:

1.Within 15 days after receiving the items.

2. Items received unused, undamaged, unwashed and in original package.

3. We do not offer returns on earrings, underwear

4. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the company or customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (shipping fees will depend on your location and weight of the package)

5. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

6. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

7. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without the address that we send

9. Please send the item(s) back to us through a local mail office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx.

 (If you choose one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process.)

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
